When you pre-order an Outback Joey item, you’ll pay a small $5 deposit today to reserve your spot. This deposit goes toward your total price. When your order is ready to hop its way to you, we’ll send you an email letting you know it’s time to pay the remaining balance. We do not hold credit card information. You’ll have 7 days to make that payment so we can send Joey on his adventure to your home. If we don’t hear from you in that time, your order may be cancelled and your deposit kept to cover reservation costs. We always aim to meet the estimated delivery dates, but sometimes Joey’s adventures can take a little longer. If we can’t supply your order, we’ll refund your deposit in full.
